Dose by age and weight: 7 to under 9 years (22-28kg) 2 tablets; 9 to under 11 years (28-36kg) 2 and a half tablets; 11 to 12 years (36-41kg) 3 tablets. Doses may be repeated every 6 to 8 hours as needed.
