Standard Australia Post delivery

Once we have sent your order, Standard Australia Post delivery should take 2-6 business days for most areas. Regional and interstate delivery times may vary depending on the location. Contact us to confirm the approximate shipping times.

Express Australia Post delivery

Once we have sent your order, Express Australia Post delivery should take 1-3 business days for most areas. Regional and interstate delivery times may vary depending on the location. Contact us to confirm the approximate shipping times.

We will strive to dispatch orders in one business day - Monday to Friday provided all goods are in stock. All orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible using Australia Post.

Prescriptions

If you order a Prescription Medicine, we  require a valid prescription from an Australian registered doctor.  Prescription orders are  dispensed by our Registered Pharmacist  and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your Prescription. If our Pharmacist deems it necessary to contact you regarding your Prescription, they will contact you via phone, message or email.

Prescription medications, will require the authorised person present to sign for the package upon delivery. If the person is not available at the deliver address, then the delivery person will leave a card detailing the nearest post office location to collect the parcel.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to many destinations using Australia Post. Some locations are excluded as Australia post does not ship to these locations. 

Delivery timeframes differ depending on the destination. For the most accurate estimates, visit the Australia Post website and select your country from their international delivery guide. Each destination also provides its own list of items that are restricted or prohibited from entry.

We do not ship Prescriptions, refrigerated medicines and products classified as dangerous goods such as aerosols, batteries and perfumes to our international customers.

    Please be aware that customs rules vary by country, and additional items may be restricted or refused on arrival. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order.

    We cannot take responsibility for delays, fees, or rejections caused by international customs processes, and we are unable to offer refunds for items denied entry by border authorities.
