Accu-Chek Performa control solutions are used to perform accuracy checks on Accu-Chek Performa blood glucose meters and compatible test strips. The pack includes two separate solutions: one designed for low glucose readings (Control Solution 1 with a blue cap) and another for high glucose readings (Control Solution 2 with a red cap). These solutions are suitable for personal blood glucose monitoring.
Regular control testing helps confirm that your meter and test strips are working correctly and providing reliable results. A quality control check is recommended when opening a new box of test strips, after changing the meter battery, following meter cleaning, or if a test result does not match how you are feeling.
