Description

Hylo-Forte Eye Drops are preservative-free lubricating eye drops designed for the intensive lubrication of eyes that are severely dry, irritated, or tired due to environmental factors such as prolonged screen use, air conditioning, dust, pollution, or smoke. They may also be recommended for use after surgical procedures on the eye. The unique COMOD® multi-dose delivery system ensures at least 300 sterile drops per bottle, maintaining sterility for up to 6 months after opening. Suitable for use with contact lenses .

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

Sodium hyaluronate 2 mg/mL

Other Ingredients:

Citrate buffer

Sorbitol

Water for injections

Note: Hylo-Forte is preservative and phosphate-free .

Usage

Instill 1 drop into each eye, 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Can be used more frequently if necessary.

Suitable for contact lens wearers.

Use within 6 months of opening.

Warnings

For external use only.

Do not touch the tip of the bottle to the eye or any other surface.

Do not use if the seal is broken or after the expiry date.

If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult an eye care professional.
