Mag-Sup is a high-strength magnesium supplement designed to help manage magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays a key role in the normal functioning of muscles, nerves, bones and the heart. This formulation is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 500mg
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 3 to 9 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 6–12 years: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under 6 years: Use only as advised by a healthcare professional.
Caution
Free from sugar, lactose, dairy, gluten, yeast, soy, flavourings and preservatives. Contains sulfites. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
