Mute is a nasal dilator worn inside the nose to help reduce snoring and improve breathing during sleep. It gently holds open the nasal passages from the inside, increasing airflow so you can breathe more easily through your nose overnight. Each dilator has adjustable side paddles so you can fine-tune the fit in each nostril. This is the Large size in a 3-pack.

Directions for Use
Following the natural angle of your nose, insert the device so only the bridge shows at the front. Adjust each side for a secure, comfortable fit before sleep. Rinse after use; each dilator lasts around 10 nights with daily cleaning.

Additional Information
Choose the size that fits your nostrils comfortably. If you are unsure of your size, a trial pack with mixed sizes is available. Not intended to treat sleep apnoea.
