Mute is a nasal dilator worn inside the nose to help reduce snoring and make nasal breathing easier during sleep. It gently stents the nasal passages open from the inside to increase airflow, which can lessen snoring caused by restricted nasal breathing. Adjustable side paddles let you set the fit in each nostril. This is the Medium size in a 3-pack.

Directions for Use
Insert the device along the natural angle of your nose so only the bridge is visible. Adjust each side until it feels secure and comfortable before sleep. Rinse after use; each dilator lasts around 10 nights with daily cleaning.

Additional Information
Medium suits most adults. If it feels loose or too firm, try the Small or Large size. Not intended to treat sleep apnoea.
