Nicotinell 2mg Mint Gum is designed to support your smoke-free journey by helping ease nicotine cravings and some of the common withdrawal symptoms experienced when quitting. As you chew, the gum keeps your mouth occupied while releasing a controlled dose of nicotine, helping reduce the urge to reach for a cigarette.

Directions

Place one piece of gum in your mouth and chew slowly until the flavour becomes strong.

Park the gum between your cheek and gum to allow the nicotine to absorb.

When the taste fades, chew again and repeat this cycle for about 30 minutes.

Most users take 8–12 pieces of 2mg gum daily or 4–6 pieces of the 4mg strength. Do not exceed 20 pieces of the 2mg gum or 10 pieces of the 4mg gum per day. After around 3 months, gradually reduce your intake to 1–2 pieces daily and aim to stop completely by 6 months, or sooner if you’re ready.
