Directions for Use
Adults take one tablet around 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings
Not for use in children under 12 years. May cause drowsiness the next day; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Do not use with alcohol or other sedatives. If sleeplessness persists, speak to your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
