Ingredients:

Each modified release tablet contains:

Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg elemental iron)

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg

Usage/Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew.

Best taken on an empty stomach for optimal absorption; however, if it causes stomach upset, take with food.
