Sudafed Nasal Spray Twin Pack 20mL provides fast, long-lasting relief from nasal congestion caused by colds, flu, sinusitis, hay fever, and allergies. Formulated with oxymetazoline hydrochloride, this medicated decongestant works directly in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and open up blocked nasal passages, helping you breathe more easily. Ingredients

Active Ingredient (per mL):

Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 500 micrograms (0.05%)

Other Ingredients:

Benzalkonium chloride (as a preservative)

Sodium chloride

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate

Disodium phosphate

Purified water

Usage

Adults and children over 6 years: 1–2 sprays per nostril every 10–12 hours as needed.

Maximum twice daily.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Blow your nose before use. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and squeeze while breathing in gently.

Warnings

Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.

Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid conditions, or diabetes.
