Description

Fast-acting antihistamine tablets for temporary relief of hayfever and allergy symptoms, including sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes.

Zyrtec Liquid Capsules contain cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg and are used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with hayfever and allergies. The capsules are taken once daily and are suitable for adults and children over 12 years.

Cetirizine is an antihistamine that works by blocking histamine, a substance involved in allergic reactions.

Indications

Relief of hayfever and allergy symptoms such as:

  • Sneezing

  • Runny nose

  • Itchy nose

  • Red, itchy or watery eyes

Ingredients

Cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg per capsule.
Contains gelatin and medium chain triglycerides (trace levels).

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule every 24 hours as required. Swallow whole with water. Do not chew or crush.

Warnings

  • Do not use in children under 12 years

  • Do not use if sensitive to any ingredient

  • Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease

  • May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery

  • If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice

  • Do not use if capsule foil is damaged or broken
