Three ways to send a prescription
Whichever way you send it, the price is worked out the same way.

What actually happens to your script
Every step, from your script reaching us to the parcel at your door.

It reaches a pharmacist
Your eScript token or script reaches our pharmacist, who checks it’s valid and current and that the quantity and repeats match the prescription.

We contact you before dispensing
Before dispensing your prescriptions a pharmacist will contact you to make sure everything is correct. If anything needs clarifying we will ask before posting.

If it isn't in stock, we will let you know
If any items are unavailable, we will let you know and ask you if you would like to wait for stock to come in or to refund the part of your order that is out of stock.

It's dispensed, packed and posted
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your script reaching us and email you a tracking number. Prescription parcels must be signed for by the person they’re addressed to. If you’re not home, Australia Post leaves a card telling you which post office has it.

Your repeats are counted, and we tell you
After each dispensing ask us how many repeats are left and when the script expires. For further questions or advice - call 03 4318 0200.

Can I get my prescription delivered anywhere in Australia?
We deliver anywhere in Australia. Send us your eScript token or post us your paper script and we'll dispense it and send it to any Australian address with tracking. We post to capital cities, regional towns and remote addresses. Some medicines can't be posted; if yours is one of them we'll let you know before dispensing and refund that part of your order.
How do I send an eScript to a pharmacy?
Paste your eScript token when ordering your prescriptions or forward us the SMS or email with the eScript your doctor sent you. Email it to sales@healthezpharmacy.com.au or enter it when you order.
Where do I find my eScript token?
It's in the SMS or email your doctor sent when the script was written. Open the link and you'll see a QR code with letters and numbers underneath. That’s your eScript token.
Can I use my eScript at any pharmacy?
Yes. An electronic prescription works at any approved Australian pharmacy, like a paper script.
Can I post a paper prescription to you?
Yes. You can post it to Healthez Pharmacy, Shop 1, 55 Ferrars Street, Rokewood VIC 3330. We will only dispense it once the original script reaches us.
Can you dispense from a photo of my prescription?
Not for a paper script: we need the original by post. An eScript is different: paste the token when you order, or forward us the SMS or email.
How long does prescription delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days of your script reaching us. Then it's via Australia Post where standard shipping takes 2-6 business days and 1-3 for express. It may take longer for regional and remote addresses. You get a tracking number so you can see the parcel's journey.
What does delivery cost?
Standard postage is free on orders over $59, and $9.99 below that. Express postage is $14.99 on any order.
Does someone have to be home to sign for it?
Yes. Prescription parcels have to be signed for by the person they're addressed to, so we can't leave it on a doorstep. If nobody is there, Australia Post leaves a card with the nearest post office where you can collect it.
What if my script is out of stock?
We will contact you and ask whether you’d like to wait or would prefer a refund.
Do you deliver to regional and remote areas?
Yes, we post across the country. Delivery takes longer but it is the same service and the order is tracked.
Can I talk to a pharmacist about my prescription?
Yes, you can call us during our working hours on 03 4318 0200 and you'll speak to a registered pharmacist - before you order, while it's being dispensed or after it arrives. You can also email sales@healthezpharmacy.com.au.
There's no pharmacy in my town. Can I use you for all my scripts?
Yes. An electronic prescription isn’t tied to any single pharmacy, so your doctor can keep prescribing exactly as they do now and the token comes to us instead. If you hold repeats you can ask us how many are left.
How much longer does it take to a remote address?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days wherever you are. After that it's Australia Post's timetable, which can take longer the further out you go. If the timing matters for your medicine contact us before placing your order so we can go through the delivery process.
