Description

Betadine Antiseptic First Aid Cream is intended for the management of minor skin infections, cuts, scratches, grazes, blisters, burns, and scalds. It may also be used to assist in reducing the risk of infection in minor cuts, abrasions, and burns.

Active Ingredient

  • Povidone-iodine 50mg/g

Other Ingredients

Cetostearyl alcohol, glycerol, liquid paraffin, PEG-50 stearate, polysorbate 60, potassium iodate, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitan monostearate, and white soft paraffin.

Directions

Apply directly to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The area may be covered with a bandage if required.

Warnings

  • For external use only.

  • Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to iodine.

  • Avoid applying to large areas of skin or extensive burns.

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

  • If redness, irritation, or swelling occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
