Betadine Antiseptic First Aid Cream 45g

Betadine Antiseptic First Aid Cream is a povidone-iodine antiseptic cream used for the treatment of common mild skin infections, minor burns and scalds, blisters, cuts, scratches and grazes. It may also be used to help prevent infection in minor burns, cuts and abrasions.

• Apply 2–3 times daily as required

Active Ingredient

• Povidone-iodine 50 mg/g

Other Ingredients

• Cetostearyl alcohol

• Glycerol

• Liquid paraffin

• PEG-50 stearate

• Polysorbate 60

• Potassium iodate

• Purified water

• Sodium hydroxide

• Sorbitan monostearate

• White soft paraffin

Directions

• Apply directly to the affected area 2–3 times daily or as directed.

• The treated area may be covered with a bandage if required.

Warnings

• For external use only.

• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to iodine.

• Avoid application to large areas of skin or extensive burn areas.

• Not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

• If redness, irritation or swelling develops, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
