Description                                                                                                                                 Betadine Sore Throat Gargle contains povidone-iodine and is used as an aid in the treatment of sore throats. This concentrated gargle solution must be diluted before use. A measuring device is included for accurate dilution.

Ingredients

Active ingredient:

  • Povidone-Iodine 7.5% w/v

Contains:

  • Alcohol

Directions

  • Dilute 1mL of gargle with water to a total volume of 20mL using the measure provided.

  • Gargle for 30 seconds.

  • Store below 25°C.

Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Do not use:

  • If you have a known hypersensitivity to iodine or povidone.

If irritation, redness or swelling develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
