The Bodichek Hot/Cold Canvas Gel Pack Large (18cm x 28cm) is a reusable therapy pack designed for both hot and cold applications. It provides effective relief from pain, swelling, muscle soreness, and minor injuries. Each pack comes with a convenient wrap for secure placement and includes a bonus Instant Cold Pack (13cm x 22cm) for on-the-go relief.
Directions

Cold Use: Place the gel pack in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes before applying.

Heat Use: Immerse the pack in 4–5 litres of boiling water until adequately heated, then apply with the supplied wrap.
