Description
Canesten 6 Day Cream is a topical antifungal treatment containing Clotrimazole 1%, used to effectively treat vaginal thrush. This 6-day treatment is designed for external use to relieve itching, burning, and discomfort associated with Candida infections. It works by inhibiting the growth of yeast, providing relief and assisting with infection management over a course of 6 consecutive days.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient:
Clotrimazole 10 mg/g (1%)
Other Ingredients Include:
Benzyl alcohol
Cetostearyl alcohol
Octyldodecanol
Polysorbate 60
Sorbitan stearate
Purified water
Others (as per full product label)
Usage
Use once daily at bedtime for 6 consecutive days.
Gently insert the cream using the applicator into the vagina as directed in the product instructions.
Can also be applied externally to relieve itching and irritation around the vulva.
Warnings
For vaginal use only.
Do not use if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any other listed ingredients.
Do not use during your period – start the treatment after your period ends.
Consult your doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18.
If symptoms persist or recur within 2 months, consult a healthcare professional.
May weaken latex condoms or diaphragms; avoid relying on them during treatment and for 72 hours after.
