Each film-coated tablet delivers a broad range of vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, B vitamins and vitamin D, to help fill dietary gaps. This pack contains 60 tablets, around a two-month supply at one tablet per day.

Active Ingredients
Each tablet contains a blend of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, Betacarotene, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1, B group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid), Vitamin C 150mg, Vitamin E, Calcium 400mg, Magnesium, Iron 6.8mg, Zinc, Manganese, Chromium, Selenium, Copper and Iodine.

Directions for Use
Adults take one tablet daily with water, or as directed. Best taken with food.

Warnings
Contains sulfites. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
