Chemists' Own Provance Mega B Complex 60 Capsules

Chemists' Own Provance Mega B Complex is a once-daily B vitamin capsule. Several of its B vitamins are in metabolically active forms: riboflavin sodium phosphate (B2), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6), levomefolate calcium (B9) and mecobalamin (B12). The label says it supports energy levels, nervous system health and body tissue repair, and relieves fatigue. The bottle holds 60 hard capsules.

• Thiamine hydrochloride 56.06 mg (thiamine, vitamin B1, 50 mg)
• Riboflavin sodium phosphate 26.32 mg (riboflavin, vitamin B2, 20 mg)
• Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 50 mg
• Calcium pantothenate 108.68 mg (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5, 100 mg)
• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 43.83 mg (pyridoxine, vitamin B6, 30 mg)
• Calcium folinate 260 mcg (folinic acid 200 mcg)

Directions for Use

Adults: take 1 capsule a day, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

• Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness, and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
• Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
