Faulding Magnesium Forte contains three forms of magnesium formulated to assist in relieving muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate. It also supports muscle contraction, nervous system function, muscle relaxation when intake is insufficient, and bone health.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Magnesium (from heavy magnesium oxide) 267 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 58 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium amino acid chelate) 15 mg
Total elemental magnesium 340 mg
Zinc (from zinc oxide) 4 mg
