Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To support gut flora during antibiotic use: Take 1 capsule daily during the course of antibiotics and for at least one week after completion. Take 2–3 hours apart from antibiotic doses, or as directed by your health professional.
