Directions for Use: Insert thumb into loop with the smooth side of the material against the skin. Wrap support under the bottom of the wrist. For left-hand use, wrap support over the top of the wrist. Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of the wrist. Secure the hook fastener. Adjust the support until it fits firmly yet comfortably.
