Brand Gold Cross
Hydrogen peroxide solution at 6% strength, also written as 20 volume. It fizzes on contact with tissue and organic matter, which lifts debris out of wounds and helps deodorise them. Diluted, it is used as a mouthwash or gargle and in dentistry for cleaning septic sockets and root canals. It also has household uses such as bleaching hair and delicate fabrics. Supplied in a 400mL bottle.

Uses
• Cleansing and deodorising wounds and ulcers
• Diluted mouthwash or gargle
• Dental cleaning of septic sockets and root canals, as directed by a dentist
• Removing superficial stains from teeth
• Household bleaching of hair and delicate fabrics when correctly diluted

Directions for Use
As a mouthwash, dilute 1 part solution with 9 parts water. For gargling and dental use, dilute 1 part in 100 parts water (roughly one teaspoon in 500mL) and use the diluted solution as directed by your health professional. Never use undiluted in the mouth.

Warnings
• Irritant. Avoid contact with the eyes. If in eyes, flush with water and seek medical advice
• Not for injection
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Give water to drink and contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 or a doctor
• Store below 25 degrees C away from light. Keep out of reach of children
• Always read the label and use only as directed
