Brand Gold Cross
Potassium permanganate crystals, still known to many people as Condy's Crystals. Once dissolved and heavily diluted into a pale pink solution, they act as an antiseptic, disinfectant and deodoriser, and are used on minor skin inflammation, weeping skin conditions and minor wounds to help dry them out and reduce the chance of further infection. The crystals must always be diluted before they touch skin. 50g pack.

Uses
• Antiseptic for minor wounds and minor skin inflammation
• Disinfectant
• Deodoriser

Directions for Use
Dilute 1 part potassium permanganate in 100 parts water, then dilute that solution again at 1 part to a further 100 parts water. The resulting 1:10,000 solution is what you use, and only as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Never apply the crystals or a strong solution directly to skin.

Warnings
• Corrosive. Avoid contact of the crystals or strong solutions with the eyes, mouth, nose and other mucous membranes
• If in eyes, hold the eye open and flood with water for at least 15 minutes, then see a doctor
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Give a glass of water and contact a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26
• Stains skin, nails, fabric and surfaces brown
• Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and use only as directed
