Narium is a buffered saline spray for washing out and moistening the nasal passages. There's no decongestant medicine in it, so it doesn't cause rebound congestion and can be used as often as you need. Useful for dry noses from air conditioning or flying, for rinsing out pollen and dust during hayfever season, and for loosening mucus with a cold or sinus congestion. The 30mL bottle fits in a bag or carry-on.

Directions for Use
Prime the pump with a few firm presses before the first use. Hold the bottle with your thumb at the base and the nozzle between your first and second fingers. Keeping your head upright, insert the nozzle into a nostril, press the pump down twice with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Repeat on the other side. Don't tilt your head back while spraying. Use as often as needed or as your health professional directs.
For sinusitis: spray six times into each nostril, tilt your head to each side for 10 seconds, then pinch the nostrils closed and lean your head forward for 10 seconds.
When flying: use every 2 hours during the flight to keep nasal passages from drying out.

Ingredients
Purified Water, Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Benzalkonium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide.

Warnings
Avoid spraying near the eyes. Store below 30 degrees C. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
