Hydralyte Electrolyte Powder – Apple Blackcurrant (24 Sachets) is designed to help restore vital electrolytes and fluids lost through diarrhoea, vomiting, heavy sweating, or fever. This convenient rehydration solution supports rapid hydration, making it suitable for the whole family.

Directions for Use

1. Prepare solution immediately before use.

2. Measure 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water (for infants under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water).

3. Empty the contents of one sachet into the water and stir until fully dissolved.

4. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms continue.

5. Discard any unused solution after 2 hours (or within 24 hours if refrigerated).

 Do not mix Hydralyte with juice, cordial, soft drinks, or sports drinks, as this may reduce its effectiveness.

• Sodium Chloride: 0.53 g

• Potassium Citrate: 0.44 g

• Citric Acid: 0.88 g

• Glucose: 2.91 g

Also contains: natural colour, natural & nature-identical flavours, sucralose.

Warnings & Storage

• Store below 30°C.

• Contains: 0.8 mg/mL potassium and 1.03 mg/mL sodium.

• Dehydration from vomiting or diarrhoea can be serious in babies, young children, and the elderly.

Seek medical advice if symptoms persist beyond:

• 6 hours in infants under 6 months

• 12 hours in children under 3 years

• 24 hours in children aged 3–6 years

• 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years
