Each tablet supplies the lactase enzyme, which breaks down the lactose in milk and dairy products that the body has trouble digesting. Taken just before dairy, they can help reduce bloating, wind and other symptoms. The tablets have a mild mint flavour and this pack contains 120.

Directions for Use
Chew or swallow 1 to 2 tablets just before eating or drinking dairy. Take again if you continue to have dairy after about an hour. Adjust the number of tablets to suit your own tolerance.
