Directions

As a laxative: Adults take 3 level 5 mL medicinal measuring spoonfuls.

As an antacid: Adults take 1 level 5 mL medicinal measuring spoonful.
Mix the powder in half a glass of milk or water. For best results, drink plenty of water and include more fibre in your diet.
