Directions For Use For adults aged 12 years and over, take 2-6 capsules per day to supplement daily fibre intake, and 6 capsules to help restore and maintain regularity.
Ingredients/Material Each capsule contains Psyllium Husk.
Warnings and Disclaimers Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking, so ensure you drink enough water when taking it. If you have difficulty swallowing, do not take this product. This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Consult your doctor before use if you experience sudden changes in bowel habits, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or rectal bleeding. Stop use and seek medical attention if constipation lasts more than 7 days or rectal bleeding occurs. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poisons Information Centre right away.
