Brand Mute
The Mute Starter Trial Pack from Rhinomed is a reusable nasal dilator designed to help you breathe more easily through your nose during sleep. The pack contains one device in each of the three available sizes, so you can work out which fits your nostrils best before settling on a size. Sitting inside the nose with only a small bridge showing across the nostrils, Mute gently opens the nasal passages to increase airflow, which can help reduce night-time nasal congestion and snoring.

Directions for Use
Hold the bridge with the loops facing towards you and the paddles facing away. Place the loops in first, then tilt the bridge up towards the tip of your nose and insert so the device sits fully inside the nostrils. If it feels loose or you want more airflow, expand the loops by clicking the paddles outwards. Start with the size that feels most comfortable and try the others to compare.

Additional Information
Mute is intended for adults. Clean the device between uses and replace it once it no longer holds its shape. Stop use and speak to your pharmacist or doctor if you experience discomfort or ongoing breathing problems.
