Description
Nicotinell Stop Smoking Gum delivers a fast, therapeutic release of nicotine that’s absorbed into your bloodstream for up to 30 minutes, helping to ease cravings quickly. The chewing motion keeps your mouth occupied, offering a practical distraction from the urge to smoke.
Designed to support you through quitting, Nicotinell Gum helps manage nicotine cravings and common withdrawal symptoms, giving you more control as you work toward becoming smoke-free. Each piece provides a consistent, controlled dose of nicotine to help satisfy cravings. When used correctly, Nicotinell Soft Gum can significantly improve your chances of quitting compared to relying on willpower alone.

Directions
Read the pack insert before use.
Suitable for adults who smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day.
Program A – If you plan to quit completely:
Chew one gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Do not exceed 20 gums per day.
After about 3 months, begin reducing how many gums you use daily.
When you reach 1–2 gums per day, you can stop using Nicotinell. Most people achieve this within 6 months of starting treatment.
Program B – If you cannot quit smoking before starting:
When you feel the need to smoke, chew one piece slowly instead of having a cigarette.
Gradually increase gum use while reducing how many cigarettes you smoke. Do not exceed 10 gums per day.
Once you’ve reduced smoking to a point where you feel able to stop, switch to Program A.
If there is no reduction in smoking after 6 weeks, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Chewing technique:
Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong.
“Park” the gum between your cheek and gum to allow nicotine absorption.
When the taste fades, chew again. Continue this cycle for about 30 minutes.
Most users chew 8–12 pieces of the 2mg gum or 4–6 pieces of the 4mg gum per day.
Do not exceed 20 pieces of 2mg gum or 10 pieces of 4mg gum daily.
Reduce use after 3 months, with the goal of stopping by 6 months or earlier if ready.
