Description
Osteomol 665mg Tablets are a sustained-release paracetamol formulation designed to provide long-lasting relief from persistent pain, such as that associated with osteoarthritis. The dual-layer tablet allows for an initial release of paracetamol followed by continued release to prolong the pain-relieving effect. It helps reduce pain and fever while being gentle on the stomach when used as directed.
Ingredients
Active ingredient:
Paracetamol 665 mg (sustained release)
Other ingredients may include:
Povidone
Hypromellose
Magnesium stearate
Talc
Cellulose derivatives (for controlled release)
Usage
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 2 tablets three times daily every 6 to 8 hours as needed.
Maximum: 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Swallow whole with water – do not crush, chew, or dissolve.
Do not use for more than a few days at a time unless advised by a doctor.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keep out of reach of children.
If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, consult a doctor.
Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
Prolonged use can be harmful to the liver.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
If you consume alcohol regularly or have liver problems, seek medical advice before use.
