Otrivin Plus Metered Dose Nasal Spray combines two active ingredients to tackle both a blocked and a runny nose from a common cold. Xylometazoline hydrochloride clears nasal congestion so you can breathe more easily, while ipratropium bromide reduces a runny nose. The 10ml preservative-free spray delivers a measured dose each time.

Active Ingredients
Each 1ml contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5mg and ipratropium bromide 0.6mg. Preservative free.

Directions for Use
Adults: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily, with at least 6 hours between doses. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Stop treatment once symptoms ease.
