Delivered as a pump spray, this is the option for areas that are awkward to reach or too tender to rub, such as the lower back or the back of a knee. The 100ml bottle contains arnica and St John's wort tinctures, camphor, aloe vera and essential oils of eucalyptus, rosemary, cajuput and tea tree. The actives are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for the relief of symptoms of mild arthritis, bruising, mild joint and muscle pain and inflammation, and muscle sprains, strains and soreness.

Active Ingredients
• Hypericum Perforatum (St John's Wort) flower tincture 30mg
• Arnica Montana flower tincture 30 microlitres
• Camphor 30mg
• Eucalyptus oil 42mg
• Rosemary oil 30mg
• Cajuput oil 7mg
• Melaleuca (tea tree) oil 7mg
• Aloe Vera 1.88mg

Directions for Use
Hold the bottle a short distance from the skin and spray over the sore joint or muscle. Massage in lightly if you can reach the area. Reapply as required, up to five times a day. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.

Warnings
For external use only. Do not spray towards the face or eyes, and do not apply to broken or damaged skin. Test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin, and discontinue if irritation develops. Contains alcohol and benzyl alcohol. Store below 25C, away from heat and open flame. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
