Air-activated heat patches for muscular pain, joint stiffness, back pain and period pain, sold in a box of 8 regular size patches measuring 13cm x 10cm. There is nothing to plug in or microwave. Open the pack, peel the backing and the patch begins warming on contact with air, reaching over 60 degrees Celsius and holding heat for up to 8 hours. The patches are non-medicated, odourless and thin enough to wear under clothing during the day.

What's in the Box
8 regular size air-activated heat patches, individually sealed.

Directions for Use
Remove the patch from its sealed pouch and peel off the protective layer. Apply the adhesive side to the inside of your clothing, close to the painful area. Do not apply the patch directly onto skin, only over clothing. Check the area regularly for excessive heat. Remove after a maximum of 8 hours, and do not use on the same area for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.

Warnings
• Burn hazard. The patch reaches over 60 degrees Celsius and can cause skin irritation, burns or blisters.
• Do not apply directly to skin. Apply over clothing only.
• Do not wear while sleeping.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation or sensitive skin. Risk of burns is higher if you are over 55.
• Do not use on broken skin, on the face, or on infants.
• Do not use with other heating devices, heat rubs or during an MRI.
• Keep away from children and pets.
