The XL version of the Pain Away heat patch, measuring 20cm x 10cm with a curved shape designed to sit across the lower back. Each box holds 3 patches. They activate on contact with air, so there is no microwaving or pre-heating, and they hold heat for up to 8 hours at over 60 degrees Celsius. Non-medicated and odourless, and thin enough to wear under clothing while you get on with the day.

What's in the Box
3 XL air-activated heat patches, individually sealed.

Directions for Use
Take the patch from its pouch and remove the protective layer. Stick the adhesive side to the inside of your clothing over the sore area. Do not apply directly onto skin, only over clothing. Keep an eye on the area for excessive heat. Remove after 8 hours at most, and do not use on the same area for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.

Warnings
• Burn hazard. The patch can cause skin irritation, burns or blisters.
• Apply over clothing only, never directly onto skin.
• Do not wear while sleeping or during sporting activity.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation or sensitive skin. Risk of burns is higher if you are over 55.
• Do not use on the face, on broken skin, or on infants.
• Do not use during an MRI procedure or alongside other heating devices.
• Keep away from children and pets.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
