Pharmacy Choice Cold & Flu + Sinus PE 24 Tablets is formulated to provide temporary relief from common cold and flu symptoms, including sinus-related discomfort. This non-drowsy medication is suitable for daytime use. This medication is designed to alleviate symptoms such as

Nasal congestion

Sinus pain

Runny nose

Headache

Body aches and pains

Fever

It is a non-drowsy formula, allowing you to continue with daily activities while managing symptoms

 

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

  • Paracetamol 500 mg

  • Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Paracetamol acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer, while Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a decongestant that reduces nasal and sinus congestion.

Directions for Use

Adults and Children 12 years and over:

  • Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as necessary.

  • Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

  • Swallow tablets whole with water

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the packaging or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings & Precautions

  • Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

  • Do not take with other products containing paracetamol or decongestants unless advised by a healthcare professional.

  • Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, or are taking antidepressant medication.

  • If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

  • In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention, even if you feel well, due to the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
