Description

Enteric-coated tablets containing esomeprazole 20 mg (as magnesium), indicated for the management of frequent heartburn and acid reflux. The tablets are formulated to pass through the stomach before dissolving.

Free from gluten and lactose.

Ingredients

Each enteric-coated tablet contains esomeprazole 20 mg (as magnesium).

Directions for Use

Adults 18 years and over:
Take 1 tablet once daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. Swallow whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Not intended for immediate symptom relief.

Storage

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Do not use:

  • In children under 18 years

  • If allergic to esomeprazole or other proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole)

  • If taking antiretroviral medicines such as atazanavir

  • If taking cilostazol

  • If breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed
