Featuring user-friendly one-touch operation, it is ideal for home monitoring. The monitor includes a large digital display, memory storage for multiple users, and an adjustable cuff for comfortable use.
Usage:
Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, aligning with the heart level.
Press the Start button to begin automatic inflation and measurement.
Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
Read your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate results on the digital display.
For best results, take readings at the same time each day while seated and relaxed.
