Pharmacy Choice Cold & Flu Day/Night Relief PE 24 Tablets is formulated to provide temporary relief from common cold and flu symptoms, offering both daytime and nighttime support. This medication is designed to alleviate symptoms such as:

Nasal congestion

Sinus pain

Runny nose

Headache

Body aches and pains

Fever

The NIGHT tablets additionally help relieve sneezing and itchy or watery eyes, assisting rest by providing relief from these symptoms. 

The pack contains 24 tablets: 16 Day tablets (white) and 8 Night tablets (pink).

 Ingredients

Day Tablets (White):

Paracetamol 500 mg

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Night Tablets (Pink):

Paracetamol 500 mg

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Chlorphenamine Maleate 2 mg

Directions for Use

Adults and Children 12 years and over:

Day Tablets: Take 2 white tablets every 4 to 6 hours as necessary.

Night Tablets: Take 2 pink tablets at bedtime as necessary.

Do not take Night tablets within 4 hours of taking Day tablets.

Do not exceed 6 Day tablets and 2 Night tablets in 24 hours.

Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not crush or chew.

Warnings & Precautions

Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not take with other products containing paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, or antihistamines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, or are taking antidepressant medication.

Night tablets may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery after taking.

Avoid alcohol while using this medication.

If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention, even if you feel well, due to the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
