Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg elemental iron)

Usage/Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew.

Best taken on an empty stomach; however, if stomach upset occurs, take with food.
