Gel insoles made for casual, everyday shoes rather than sports or work footwear. Scholl's GelWave gel absorbs the shock that builds up from walking on hard surfaces or standing for long stretches, and the extra springiness takes some pressure off the ball and heel of the foot. A Freshfeet fabric coating on top helps keep feet dry and cuts down odour. The Large size covers UK 7-12 and can be trimmed down to fit.

Directions for Use
Measure your foot against the insole and trim along the marked line closest to your size using scissors. Remove any existing insole from your shoe if it is loose, then place the gel insole inside with the fabric side up. Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed.
