Two gel densities do the work: a firmer gel supporting the arch and heel, and a softer gel absorbing shock underfoot. The Small size fits women's sports and running shoes and can be trimmed down if needed.

Directions for Use
Trim along the guide lines on the underside to match your shoe, then insert fabric side up. Wipe clean with a warm soapy cloth and air dry; do not soak. Replace after about six months of regular use.
