A pair of gel insoles shaped for work shoes and boots, made for people who spend the day on their feet. The GelWave gel layer sits under the heel and forefoot and takes the impact out of walking or standing on concrete and other hard surfaces. A Freshfeet fabric top cloth covers the insole to help manage moisture and neutralise odour. Supplied in the Large size and trimmed to fit at home.

Directions for Use
Sit the insole against your existing insole or foot and cut along the marked trim lines with scissors to match your shoe size. Place inside the shoe with the fabric side up. To clean, wipe over with a warm soapy cloth and let dry. Do not soak. Replace roughly every six months, or sooner if the gel or top cloth shows wear.
