The construction pairs Scholl's GelWave technology, where the gel sections act like small springs absorbing impact as you step, with memory foam that moulds to the shape of your foot. The two layers together cut down pressure points and take some of the shock away from the heel, knees and ankles. The top cloth has odour neutralisers worked into it to keep feet drier and fresher inside a closed boot. Trim to fit, and suitable for people with diabetes.

Directions for Use
Remove any existing insole from the shoe or boot first. Use the guide printed on the insole to trim it to your size, following the instructions inside the pack, then place it in the shoe with the gel side down and the fabric side up. Check it sits flat before wearing.

Care Instructions
Wipe clean with a warm, soapy cloth and let it air dry. Do not soak the insoles or put them in the washing machine, as this damages them. Replace when the cushioning flattens out or the top cloth wears through.

Warnings
External use only. Do not use on broken skin. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or ongoing foot pain, check your feet regularly and see your doctor or podiatrist if pain persists or new problems appear. Keep out of reach of children.
