Description

Sudafed PE Sinus + Allergy & Pain Relief is formulated to relieve allergy and hay fever symptoms, sinus discomfort, headaches, and nasal congestion. This effective combination helps reduce sinus pressure and supports easier breathing, allowing you to rest comfortably.

Ingredients

Paracetamol 500 mg – pain and fever relief

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg – decongestant

Chlorphenamine Maleate 2 mg – antihistamine

Directions 

Adults and children 12 years and over:

Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed.

Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Discontinue use after a few days for adults or after 48 hours for children unless directed by a doctor.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children.

Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms persist, worsen, or if new symptoms appear.

Discontinue immediately if signs of hypersensitivity or skin reactions occur.

Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness.

Chlorphenamine can cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.

Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

Follow the recommended dose carefully. In case of overdose, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia: 131126, New Zealand: 0800 764 766) or seek hospital attention immediately, even if you feel well, due to the risk of delayed serious liver damage.
