The Surgipak Hot/Cold Clay Pack in medium (15cm x 30cm) is a reusable pack for either heat or cold therapy. Use it cold for sprains, strains, bumps, bruises, insect bites and fevers, or warm for aches, arthritis, back pain, menstrual cramps and joint stiffness. It comes with a soft fabric cover and adjustable strap to hold it in place.

Directions for Use
For cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer until chilled. For heat therapy, remove the fabric cover and lay the pack flat in the centre of the microwave, heating on high for around 45 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave's wattage. Always test the temperature before use and allow it to cool if too hot. Wrap the pack in its cover before applying to the skin.

Warnings
Do not overheat and do not apply directly to bare skin when hot. Check the pack for leaks before each use. Discontinue use if the skin becomes irritated.
