This thumb brace uses a rigid stabilising splint to support the carpometacarpal (CMC) joint and limit thumb hyperextension. The lining is Trioxon Advantage, a Thermoskin material that holds warmth against the joint to encourage blood flow while still letting the skin breathe. The thumb enclosure and elasticated wrist are both adjustable, and the design is ambidextrous, so one brace suits either hand. It sits at Thermoskin's advanced stabilising support level.

Suitable For
Collateral ligament injuries, CMC joint injuries, and lateral ulnar ligament injuries including skier's thumb and gamekeeper's thumb. Also used for thumb arthritis, RSI and repetitive strain from ball sports, skiing or manual work.

Materials
Outer layer nylon, mid layer rubber foam, inner lining polyester. Latex is embedded within the elasticised strap to minimise skin contact.

Warnings
• Do not use within 72 hours of an acute injury
• Discontinue use if irritation develops
• Contains latex within the elasticised strap

Care Instructions
Machine wash in cold water using a delicates bag. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
