Large/XL fits an ankle joint measuring 26 to 37cm. The sleeve applies three levels of compression through the knit itself: firm vertical knitting behind the Achilles and around the joint, moderate compression cupping the heel, and light compression across the front so movement stays free. There are no straps or fasteners, so it is a straightforward pull-on and sits neatly under a sock and shoe.

Sizing
Measure around the ankle joint. Large/XL fits 26 to 37cm (10 1/4 to 14 1/4 inches). Small/Medium covers 16 to 26cm.

Directions for Use
Slide the sleeve over the foot until the heel seats correctly, then smooth the fabric flat. Remove if the foot feels numb or the sleeve leaves deep marks on the skin.
